Frequently asked questions
Clear answers, from project to production.
Everything that matters to an investor or a landowner: how a ready-to-build project works, what we deliver and a few basics about solar energy.
What is a ready-to-build (RTB) project?
A ready-to-build project is one developed to the point where an investor can sign financing and start construction. Every step that carries risk and takes time, land control, permits, grid connection and design, is already solved. In practice, we hand over a clean, verifiable project that is ready to build.
What exactly do you deliver to an investor?
We deliver a fully prepared project, not just a plot of land. That means land control, the required permits and approvals, the grid connection approval and contract, plus the technical design. It all comes with a due-diligence dossier so everything can be checked before signing.
What is in the due-diligence dossier?
The dossier gathers the documents an investor needs to assess the project without surprises. It includes the land legal status, the permits and approvals obtained, the grid connection documents and the technical design. The goal is full transparency, so every aspect can be verified before the transaction.
How long does development to RTB take?
Timelines vary from project to project and depend largely on permitting and grid connection, stages that sit with the authorities and the grid operator. We do not promise fixed deadlines we cannot control. Instead, we share a realistic schedule for each project and keep you updated along the way.
How is the transfer done (SPV)?
The project can be handed over directly or through the transfer of the project company (SPV) that holds the assets and permits. An SPV transfer lets the investor take over the project with the rights and documents already in the company name. We choose the structure together, based on your needs.
Which markets do you operate in?
We operate in Romania and the Republic of Moldova. We know the permitting and grid connection requirements in both markets and develop solar and storage projects in each of them.
I have land. How do I start?
Tell us where the land is and what stage you are at. Based on that, we run an initial assessment and share the next steps. The easiest way is to reach us through the contact page.
Are photovoltaic panels efficient?
Yes, photovoltaic panels are efficient, and the technology keeps improving year after year. They convert sunlight into electricity even on cloudy days, with lower output than on sunny ones. For a utility-scale project, it is the yield that makes the investment viable.
What is the lifespan of a PV system?
Photovoltaic panels typically come with a production warranty of around 25 years. In practice, they keep producing energy after the warranty ends, with a gradual decline in output. It is a long-term investment, measured in decades.
How much maintenance is needed?
Maintenance is minimal. A few checks per year and occasional cleaning of the panels are usually enough. Modern systems are monitored remotely, so any issues are caught early.
Why solar energy?
Solar energy is an inexhaustible resource, available almost anywhere and increasingly competitive on price. It offers independence from fossil fuels and predictable long-term production. For investors, it means stable, sustainable assets aligned with the energy transition.
